Good Points
Very good rate of interest,
Transfers to own current account were effected quickly without any problems.

Bad Points
Logging on and carrying out any instruction was incredibly slow.

General Comments
I have never come across such a slow site as Northern Rock, having operated an account for several months in 2002 - each page took ages to get to and some actions had to be double clicked several times.



If you have broadband then it is probably OK to use - if not, be prepared for a lot of frustration!
