They also exfoliate face
Really nice balm that leaves face moisturised
Bad Points
Takes 10 minutes to wash your face
But its worth it!
General Comments
The BOOTS Time Delay Purifying Cleansing Balm is a good face wash. £8 lasts a month maybe longer. First, (use hot water) dip cloth in balm and sread over face, scrub in (exfoilates face). Second (use cold water) wash off. Dada!
