    General Comments

    The Hobsons Graduate Careers Centre and Hobsons Directory are both excellent resources for uni students who are looking to make the jump into the world of work. The Directory comprises of a vast array of job adverts that have been placed by companies who are looking to recruit students who have just finished their university courses. It's a vast brochure which includes many positions so there is bound to be something that takes your fancy.

    The online career centre is much the same as the brochure however it has added benefits such as up to the minute job news and career advice and interview tips. Anyone who is serious about getting onto a graduate training scheme would be wise to use this site as there are some excellent tips ranging from interview tips to sexing up your CV. It also keeps you up to date with any job fairs that may be doing the rounds in your area so you have no excuse for missing these events if you use Hobsons!

    I would just about give Hobsons the edge over the milkround website which I have not been overly impressed with. However I think its too close between the Hobsons and Prospects services as they are both strong in different areas. If Hobsons had the excellent job profiles that are available on Prospects then I would say it would be the superior service. All in all, well worth checking out though.
