Good Points

Small, good quality.

Bad Points

Low volume and doesn't go high enough. Seems many times like it will fall off the ear. Annoying to tell if headset is on or off.

General Comments

Although I like the Motorola HS820 headset, it's not balanced on the ear and many times it feels like it's going to fall off. It is also annoying to tell if it's on or off because you have to wait for the power light to flicker on and it only happens every 10 seconds. Volume is also too low and is barely adjustable. I also had problems connecting it to my phone (a Motorola phone).

The headset does get good range and the voice quality is still quite good.

Hi I had problems connecting the HS820 headset to my Motorola V547. I just can't seem to find it when I search for it on my Moto. How did you find a solution to this problem? Please reply thanks.
