Cheap premiums.


Bad Points

Rude staff, will do anything to avoid payment, slow, unhelpful, unprofessional.


General Comments

When giving a quote, E and L stated all my criteria was fine and I could be insured. They took my money and I was covered. Wrong, I was burgled and they decided my criteria was not good enough and would not pay out. Criteria meaning type of locks on doors. It took them 5 months to tell me they were not paying because of the locks. They could have told me in 1 day. The locks were fine when I was quoted but not when they had to pay out. E and L took my money when they had no intention of honouring any claim. I am fighting through the ombudsman and will continue until I receive rightful compensation. Please do not be conned by this company.
