It's a good site and easy to use. If you understand how these things work, you can get some pretty cool products for a relatively cheap price. I spend more on petrol going round the shops looking at the stuff - let alone buying any of it!
Bad Points
Can be pricey for the bids, and you have to buy credits to use - can't just bid and pay. But they use PayPal so it's secure.
General Comments
BidMax (www.bidmax.co.uk) is generally pretty cool. I like the mix of products they have now, and they are bumping things up a notch or two - so they said in a recent e-mail.
It's pretty easy to use and the navigation is simple. The concept is pretty unique - there's only a few sites like it - so it's got that going for it.
I think overall it needs some livening up but otherwise a great place to get really cool items like LCD TVs and Genuine Omega Watches, and that sort of thing for a fraction of their purchase price. They make their money from the bids and then sell off the product for the unique highest bids. There's no other gimmick about it!
