Good Points

The Sony MD player is gorgeous and allows the consumers to create customized music discs. The color is awesome and is great for work outs or while working in the office.

Bad Points

I have found many consumers with the same issue I have had with conflicts from other software. No resolution from Sony or Microsoft have been provided.

General Comments

Overall...I would buy this Sony MZ-S1 S2 product again and would recommend it to my friends and family. I actually have 2 Sony MD's and use them every day. I am looking forward to using the 1 GB disks, not sure if it works with my version of software yet but I am excited to try it. I have the root cause to the software issues encountered from conflicts with other software products like Music Match.

I would really like to see Music Match and other 3rd party software companies support this product because I have seen so many consumers struggle. If they continue to struggle and have the same frustrations as I have had, they will not recommend or purchase future products like this.

I also believe customer support could improve. They try really hard and are very nice. With more technical information on hand, support could improve.
