An efficient, knowledgable and friendly run riding school. It makes a change to go to a riding school that know what they are talking about and can both show you or instruct you to the best of their abilities. Claire the main Instructor is excellent and her experience shines through. Carol the other Instructor is also very good, especially with children.
I have nothing really bad to say about Stonerigg. The only thing that perhaps could be improved upon would be the size of the indoor arena although it is sufficient for most peoples needs but not really big enough to hold competitions in.
The Stonerigg Riding Centre in Cumbria in my opinion is fab. I have been taking lessons for nearly two years, along with my 12 year old son who has come on in leaps and bounds. Now my 4 year old has started lessons and he too loves it. Stonerigg Riding Centre has given myself and my sons the confidence to one day be really great riders. For now, we just love learning with them, they make it fun and interesting. I have tried other riding schools in my area and none come close.
