Simple to use, allows you to set up and cancel payments online.

I've been using the Lloyds TSB Bank for a year or so now. There are occasions when it runs very slowly - this seems to be their end rather than mine as I have a broadband connection from work. It is simple to use and I like the fact I can set up payments and cancel direct debits online. The only niggle is that it could do with a longer history of previous statements.
