Dreadful Service
Ensure customers work for the staff - ie, even their cafe says - please clear your trays as this helps ensure prices are kept down??? Please this is one of the most profitable companies in the world.
Our Ikea Bed we bought is now yet 3 years old - the mattress has had it - the slats are useless - we are supposed to have a guarantee but I expect the process to be long and drawn out to try get anywhere.
Word of Warning - The delivery company has absolutely nothing to do with Ikea and Ikea do not care what happens to your goods - our delivery was expensive and was the worst delivery service I have ever ever received - rude staff who would not take the bed up my stairs and left it outside my apartment building - Nice One --- and yes I did clear with the store that they would take the bed up the stairs. Disaster all around - and their website is a nightmare to try contact anyone on.
