Good Points

They atleast try to resolve issues and they are free.
Forwarding works great and it has a flexible functionality.

Bad Points

I keep getting spam and undeliverable messages.

General Comments

I have had my HotPOP (www.hotpot.com/index.jsp) for two years and they have been pretty reliable for a free service. But I don't know much about there company and I fear they may sell my information to other companies. I just wish I could get someone else to use there service so I could compare.
