Unbelievably bad
For the past three years 1T3.com (www.1t3.com) has continually let me down every time I go to renew my account. They crash my site and remove all passwords and FTP access and then they make me beg with endless emails to get them all back up again. Once my site was up and running everything was OK but once it went down it took months to get it back up. Support is terrible. If they just do what they say what they say would do everything would be fine. I have asked for their phone number and even a name with no help, I even pinged them on the DNS server with no help. So if you have a phone number or address please help me as I want to get my money back too, leave a comment with any details.
