.All three voices sound perfect,
.There are upbeat songs and slow calm songs,
.The songs make you feel happy!!!
.I can honestly say I don't have any complaints
The Hanson Underneath album is by far Hanson's best yet, in my opinion. This time all three brothers get to sing the lead vocals at some point where as in other albums Taylor usually takes this role (That is DEFINITLY not a bad thing!)
If you are not really a Hanson fan and are just reading this review out of curiosity then you should know that Hanson's style of music has changed a lot since Mmmbop!
THE ALBUM: 'Dancing in the Wind' starts as an upbeat song that drifts into a slower and contrastingly calmer chorus, whilst always maintaining a heavy and memorising drumbeat. 'Penny and Me' is sure to remind you of warm and happy moments, maybe driving down an empty road in the summer with the windows down, or sitting next to an open fireplace in the evening! There are a few emotional ballads on this album too (Underneath, Misery, When You're Gone, Broken Angel, Believe) Zac beautifully sings Broken Angel and Misery and I think that his singing style is his only. The piano is used a lot on this album and is used particularly well in 'Crazy Beautiful,' Lost Without Eachother', 'Underneath', 'Broken Angel' and 'Believe'. Overall, this album is suitable for almost EVERYONE so I would recommend that you give it a chance even if you didn't like Hanson's earlier 'pop' style.
