TERRIBLE service Non-existent customer services
I ordered "With the Lights Out" by Nirvana at a cost of £29.99 I received "Silver Box" by Simple Minds. I could understand the error I suppose because they are both box sets with silver covers. Unfortunately despite sending 10 emails over 2 months I have not received one single reply acknowledging their error and suggesting how it might be put right. All I ever get is an automated response saying someone will contact me, but they never do. I have been totally amazed by the poor quality of their customer services and despite having spent hundreds of pounds with them in the past I will NEVER use them again.
