Poor customer service. Clothing did not hold up well.


General Comments

Newport News Women's clothing:
Customer service reps were rude, promised discounts that were never given and not qualified to handle all problems. Return policy not fully explained over phone. An order placed in on Nov. 1 was not completed until March.
