No technical support No phone number No replies to emails No response to problem tickets

General Comments

Website has been down for 2 days, and judging from other reviews I'm reading it can take up to a week before they do anything about it. The website is regularly offline.

No server is immune to crashes or down time, but to not even reply to even advise paying customers about it is totally unacceptable.

Do not do business with these people.
