General Comments
There is an old saying that sums up E and L Pet Insurance quite nicely - "you get what you pay for" - in this case this is so true. I was insured with E&L for two years and never made a claim. As soon as I did claim they paid out but set a condition so that I could not claim for the same ailment again. As the condition was cited as a recurring problem by the vet it basically rendered my insurance useless so I cancelled the policy immediately and took my business elsewhere. The cost of my claim just £50. They obviously don't like paying you, but you paying them is a different matter !

Same here. My dog has an under-active thyroid. This is an on-going treatment. E and L Pet Insurance paid out once, then told me I can't claim again, even though his treatment could be life long. How poor, with no compassion.
