Bad Points

Website slow, pictures do not come up


General Comments

www.perfectweddingstore.co.uk is the worst website I have seen. It is slow the pictures don't come up, no one answers the phone when you leave a message, no one gets back to you. I have left 3 messages and have had no response whatsoever so I have gone elsewhere.

    I have to agree with the comments about the website - nothing comes up when you click on it and if you phone for help (eg. samples) they say "you have to do it on the website" - yeah right!
