I was sent an email from the sender, indicating that my package was given to SMS that day. Thursday comes...Tried to phone twice. Waited and waited on phone and could not get through without spending the whole day waiting on the phone. Friday comes, Saturday comes, Monday comes, Tuesday comes. No package containing a needed passport. Figured it was because of the Easter holidays. Phoned again. Was told they couldn't find my apartment complex. Then, 2 seconds later was told they couldn't gain access to the apartment complex. Strange, considering we have a porter until 7pm and I have been home awaiting package. Was then told by SMS it would be delivered the next day. Waited all day...no package. Next day it arrived and when I asked the driver why it took so long, he said I didn't give the correct address. Hmm. I think I know my own address. And, I realised he was very familiar with the porter, as the company delivers here regularly. Phoned again to complain. Said they would refund, but then phoned back and said they couldn't because I paid cash for delivery. Said I would have to write to company and explain the saga and they would determine whether I could get my money back and possibly refund me accordingly. Since I will be leaving the country shortly, I'm not sure how much good that will do!
