Good Points
Nothing.

Bad Points
Tied our cloths in nots.
Does not clean well at all.
A piece of junk don't recommend.
Hood rust after 2 months.

General Comments
Bought the Maytag Neptune Washer along with an extended warranty from Sears and they would not honour the warranty after we had a lot of problems with the unit. I will never do business with Sears again.
