Good Points

Very good quality policy. Discounts at kwikfit. Very competent staff. £20 each time you reccomend people.


Bad Points

Supposed to be an insurance company but they try to sell you gas and electricity?


General Comments

My experience of Kwik Fit was first of all that the consultant I spoke to knew everything about car insurance - inside and out, I was given good advice and all information was disclosed over the phone. My paperwork arrived the very next day and I was over the moon at the help I was given. They also spoke English unlike most other offices that are based in asia. They must have the best training as he could answer questions that other companies couldnt answer, but why spoil it and ask me about gas and electricity?

    Kwik-Fit I believe are actually an intermediary for a panel of insurers and not an actual insurance Company. Basically, they're a broker, which is probably why they also offer other services.

    When I dealt with them, they all had thick Glaswegian accents - not English at all. Yes they do try and flog you gas and electricity which is irksome when they've just screwed up your insurance.

    kwik fit is based in glasgow.... and funnily enough...... people in glasgow... like myself do speek engish..... not like you wont have an accent.
