This is a wonderful natural wonder
There is a bus to the actual spot
It's not free as it's owned by National Trust
We visited the Giant's Causeway in November 2004, it was a very cold and windy day, but even though we walked down to the causeway we enjoyed the wonderful natural beauty of the area as we descended the winding hill. Be sure to have good shoes on whether you are going to climb onto the actual rocks or just walk down the hill. We took the bus back to the visitors centre and avoided walking uphill on our exit.
