Good Points

The complex is in a terrific location, the cleaning staff are excellent, apartments cleaned daily and at least a dozen cleaners washing and sweeping around the complex every morning. Swimming pool and surrounding areas very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.


Bad Points

As this is a timeshare complex many people are being captured and shown around the complex every day. We went in March and they are refurbishing the apartments and the complex, which we were told would take another 2-3 years to complete. So therefore much drilling and banging, but the workmen do finish at 4.00pm.Has just the one bar, which provides good food and drink but does shut at 7.00pm.If staying in rooms C01-C10 (ground floor), dustmen call approx 2-3.30am and are very!! Noisy!.


General Comments

Once the Tenerife Royal Gardens has finished being refurbished I am sure it could well try for the 4* label, which I think they are striving for! at the moment maybe a 2-3*. We had a few problems but the management were superb, very helpful and we were satisfied. Once the refurb is done we would gladly go back again. Superb location, with excellent restaurants nearby, and a beautiful beach across the road.
