SMS Couriers have really tested my patience, I normally look for a positive in everything but so far I can't find anything good about SMS. They came while I was out and left the delivery note in a public area. I found it lying in the street - it had been opened. So arranged re-delivery to my work address but they delivered one of the envelopes at home and said they had tried to deliver at work but there was no-one there - it's a Government Department!! So I wait with bated breath for the next installment - what will tomorrow bring....???
And the staff in the call centre - they couldn't care less - but if they are treated as badly as their customers they are not going to go the whole smiley mile.
