General Comments
I ordered hosting from StreamlineNet (www.streamline.net) 5 days ago, StreamlineNet e-mailed me and apparently my card was rejected, fair enough I thought, I e-mailed StreamlineNet asking what I sould do about this...no reply, at all. I contacted my bank and apparently the funds left my account the same day> I have e-mailed so many times, called, left messages, raised support tickets ... the list goes on and no reply.. not even one.
I only wish I had used my credit card as I would now charge back the entire amount to StreamlineNet...foolish me used my debit card... I fully expect never to see any hosting and never to see my money again..
You may say this is budget hosting, don't expect premium support.. but if you can't reply, even once, to a simple request then you did not ought to be advertising your services.
The worst I have EVER dealt with and StreamlineNet are expensive in comparison to some of them.
