Great holiday. Good value for money, you pay the right price for what you get.
Can never find a rep. in the hotel when you needed to.
We've been on holiday with Travel City Direct twice before and have just booked with them again to go in May. We've been to Hotel Sol Balmoral, Calas De Mallorca in Majorca with them twice. We are going to Viva Alcudia Sun Village, Alcudia in May. The flights were not actually with Travel City, they are with a different airline. The one were going on is Spanair from Cardiff. On arrival at the airport in Majorca, the TCD staff are they with there clip boards ready to tell which coach you have to go on to get to your hotel. It's always a bit of a rush when it comes to finding your coach because there are loads of them, and you always wonder if you getting on the correct one. Well once you're on the coach, the TCD staff check everybody on the coach to see if there on the rite one and they give you an information pack. Hotel Check-in: the last time we went there were two coaches of people to check in, so it took a while, then there everyone waiting to get in this tiny lift. It's easier to take the stairs. Trust me! The only down side to the holiday is that you can never find the rep. in the hotel when you want. And you can never find the correct check-in desk on you way back home at Palma, but apart from that I would recommend travelling with them. Can't wait to go in 8 weeks.
