This refers to the Northwood Dragons club.
Convenient, nice bar/lounge, nice pool.
Shower drains smelly-even after refurbishment.
Some gym equipment getting seriously dated.
Water fountain in gym hasn't worked properly for years.
Often no staff in attendance in gym.
Gym music often totally inappropriate.
Dragon Health Clubs suffers from the managements inability to respond quickly to routine problems - ie, gym airconditioning remains out of service due to inability to source parts. Jacuzzi sometimes the same. Pool is too cold/hot due to failure to regulate temperature.
Lack of staff in attendace in gym could be a serious health and safety issue.
