Good Points
Salon-Quality. Can have different color highlights. Start with overall color then add highlights where you want them. Looks beautiful.

Bad Points
It is more expensive than other box brands but it is well worth it because it looks like you spent a salon $200. It is also more time consuming than the other box brands, but again it is worth the time for the results you get.

General Comments
L'Oreal Color Experte hair color made me look like I had just stepped out of an expensive salon!! I couldn't believe the results! I get very nervous about my hair but it was an emergency and I had to do something--At least until I could get a salon appointment. Afterward using this...I cancelled my salon appointment!! People kept asking me where I got my hair done and no one could believe I did it myself! I like distinct highlights and you can put them where you want them. It looks great!
