Good looking.
Powerful (It will rip through 200 sheets of the Yellow Pages - I have tested this).
Accurate when sited correctly.
28 shot magazine.
It JAMS ALL THE TIME!
It JAMS ALL THE TIME!
The double action and single action is very stiff.
As with the other JAM reviewers, I read great things about this Anics Skif A-3000 F1 pistol (shame I had not found this site first) and bought it. In the space of using 3 C02 cartridges and about 3 magazines of quality Bisley Pellets, the pistol jammed 11 times. Each time I had to release the magazine to find a pellet had become locked in the magazine somewhere.
I tried different pellets, and I was very careful to load the pellets correctly using the little loading pin, but still it jammed.
Whilst using the last CO2 cartridge the pistol jammed in a cocked position, the magazine would not release, and when taken back to the gunsmiths they could do nothing with it except send it back to the importers for repair.
Yes it's powerful, Yes it can be accurate, but what's the point if it annoyingly jams all the time? From the other reviews here it seems there are lucky and unlucky people.
It seems odd that some experience excessive jamming whilst others do not mention it....
When I get a replacement I will add a comment to this review if possible to let you know if there is any improvement. I was told by the gunsmith that in his opinion the Russian made pistols are not made to such fine tollerances as those manufactured by the Germans.
Thus far I would not recommend this pistol.
