Ja Rule at his best. Songs such as Always on Time, I'm Real and Livin' It Up all make the album worth listening to while Never Again, So Much Pain and Smoking and Ridin make it even better. Arguably Rule's best album.
Too commercial for some and lyrically not on a par with Nas and Jay Z.
Released during Murder Inc's best year it has three massive hits that would carry any album.
Not as commercial as P Diddy or Mase, nor as street as Nas but it does balance these categories nicely. Enough collaborations to provide interest but not too many to take it away from the artist and well produced as you would expect from Irv Gotti. Plenty of tunes that stand out in a positive sense, none that stand out negatively. A good album.
