General Comments

The hotel was noisy . It was not up to 5 star standard. Food awful, waiters cleared the plates before you had even finished eating. Pool tables each side of the inadequate bar gave the atmosphere of a working mens club.
Birds were flying down onto the food display eating the bread and dumping in it.
Tap water filthy and brown. no doubt also cooking with it!
We arrived on 13 March 2005 and transfered to lTI Grand Azur 14th March disgusted with the quality of the oriental resort. Realised on arrival it wasn't up to much when the tacky wooden slatted boards and plastic sign for the hotel greeted us. Entrance was something out of the 70s akin to British hi de hi holiday camp era.
Judging by the number of disgruntled guests seeking re location this is not the place to go unless you are prepared to put up with second rate surroundings and service, have a cast iron stomach and tolerate drunken Russian guests who have no regard whatsoever for other customers.
We had to spend £200 extra to move to a decent 5 star hotel and even then the Sun med reps failed to sort out the transfer vouchers causing us considerable problems.
