Good Points

- Excellent food.
- Reasonable prices.
- Modern decor.
- Friendly staff.
- Handy for Heathrow hotels.

Bad Points

- No real non-smoking separation.
- Crowded, even on a Wednesday evening. Book ahead!!!

General Comments

The Achari was a very pleasant surprise. If you're stuck in the Heathrow Holiday Inn or Crown Plaza it's just 5 minutes away by car or cab.

At the end of the meal the manager offered us all a free drink. A simple customer service gesture that really does work!!!
