Rude customer service, poor online services.


General Comments

If you don't want to throw your money out of the window, then don't even think of Vodafone as your mobile phone network. After they take your money and give nothing in return, the trouble you have to go through in order to straighten things out is unbearable. That's what happened with me when I updated my prepaid card via the online services: the money from the account are gone, but no credit recharge.
