General Comments

I've had my Motorola V600 for nearly a year now, and I can't wait to get rid of it when I upgrade. I was initially impressed by the look of the phone, however the back plate is very flimsy and doesn't fit properly and the two parts of the clamshell are also rather wobbly. Small things started going wrong with this phone quite quickly: the clamshell didn't shut properly so was constantly active, resulting in missed calls and poor battery life. Now the microphone is deteriorating so that I sometimes can't hear calls properly and the key tone is now very tinny. The other annoying habit is that the phone will lose reception and end a call after about 15-20 minutes of talk-time. The phone is fairly easy to use though, and the text messaging is a lot better than Samsung's system, which I was using previously. The WAP service either works fantastically well or not at all, the camera isn't brilliant and I only seem to be able to send pictures to other Motorola phones.
