Cheap.
Poorly designed website.
Poor customer services.
I have ordered a number of items from Novatech Direct Ltd, and half of them have caused problems. A USB Pen gave up the ghost (with some very important information on it) soon after it was purchased from Novatech. I filed a returns. Over three months later and two dozen emails and letters, a replacement was finally delivered. However this was not an exact replacement and failed to operate with Windows 98. Recently my motherboard had begun to fail. I filed a returns and was quoted as 28 days (a maximum) for a repair. I asked the technician if he thought it wise (and feasible) to repair a motherboard. He said that they can be easily repaired and come back as if new. *I* have just contacted customer services on the 28th day to be informed that Novatech have not received my motherboard back from the manufacturers and so will issue a replacement. I have waited 28 days without a motherboard for nothing, when it should have been replaced immediately. I am now waiting to see if they keep to their word and deliver a new motherboard tomorrow.
