Good techincal support.
Answer the phone.
Accounts department are a nightmare.
Expensive.
Hosting and ADSL work well with Clara.net (www.clara.net) who provide a fast and reliable service.
Offer a good level of phone support with UK based knowledgeable staff who fix problems with/for you.
Good web interface for administration of your web site. If your new to it all then Clara will be good for you.
Bad points - expensive for ADSL and hosting. Want more money for PHP/MYSQL (if you don't know what this is then you don't need it). There accounts department invent the odd extra invoice then charge it to you. It takes ages to get it sorted out.
