Full featured service. Ethical banking. Usually quick to answer the phone.
Chaotic service. Complicated. Communication and Security on online service are not user friendly.
I tried to move all my accounts from cater Allen to the Co-operative Bank because of the 'ethical banking'. They took an age to set up my business account, then made several mistakes, telling me differant stories about who was responsible for them. I gave up and reverted to Cater Allen. I am now moving my personal account away as well, but only as far as Smile. The specific gripe was difficulties with a badly thought out online security regime.
