Fantastic service
None really
Personally, I wouldn't go to Poundsaver to buy Fillet steak, so when booking a 5-star holiday, it made perfect sense to use a 5-star travel agent. I used Kuoni's World Class team to create a custom itinerary for our honeymoon.
Their advise in selecting destinations, hotels, airlines etc was superb (told me "warts and all").
We had to change our plans 8 weeks prior to departure following the hotel that we'd planned to stay in within the Maldives being badly damaged by the Tsunami. However, Kuoni were totally flexible and allowed us to change our entire choice of destination.
Also, despite my opening comments about choice of where to shop: Kuoni offer a price match, so you won't pay over the odds.
