The good points with this new Metal Gear game is the new change into the jungle and the whole hunting animals to eat and survive thing. The camouflage is a new thing too adding a different feature compared to the previous two games.
The thing I don't like about the game which is basically the only thing is the camera. The camera doesn't swing around to face the back of you it stays in the same spot so this can make seeing things behind you or in front of you a little hard such as looking for holes and ledges. Also one other thing I didn't like about the game was that there is no radar showing the enemies and the enemies range of view. You have to use your motion detector on sonar radar to figure out where they are. This makes it a little harder with the enemies spotting you more.
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is set in the 1960's and in the jungle making you run around in the wild hunting animals for food to recover stamina and using your camouflage as best as you can to sneak past enemies. The jungle is a good and new feature allowing you to crawl through grassy areas to not be seen and also hiding in trees for a over head view of enemies for a kill. You will see old characters from the previous games only this time they aren't that old with this game being a prequal to the others. Therefore you see Ocelot in his younger days. Any fans of Metal Gear solid series will love this one and even people who haven't played it will like it. The game is filled with new ideas and features making a kind of fresh playing experience for the fans of the series. Anyone who hasn't played it should go out and buy it no questions asked. This game is excellent.
