General Comments

The Nike Air Zoom Total 90 are the best boots I've worn, they mold to your feet while aiding in comfort. These boots are lighter than ever and the amazing Antonio Reyes wears them + world player of the year Ronaldinho. If you are into boots look no further these are the ones for you. Also when you get in front of goal your shot power and accuracy is amazing, plus the air zoom unit makes them like Nike running shoes...

    Whats the difference when it doesnt have air zoom in it? because i have been looking for this shoe for a good price and i see at footlocker that its 44.99 but it DOESNT have air zoom...will it make a big difference when i play in a game, like will i get a sore foot or something like that after the game or the next day...

    Be very careful when buying these boots. There are various different versions that are not explained or even acknowledged by Nike. I don't know if they are official "budget" versions or illegal rip-offs. Anyway, the boots pro's wear are "Nike Air Zoom Total 90 III". Then there are "Nike Air Zoom 90 III" - I have a pair of these and they are very good, then there's the "Nike Total 90 III" - avoid these at all cost, I mistakenly bought a pair of these and they are terrible boots.

    'ronaldo' is right, they really are bad. things like over pricing, loss of shape etc the air zoom 90 III are very good value, compared to the air zoom 'Total' 90III which simply has a smaller, better balanced heel. This isn't worth paying over £100 for. Go for the Nike Air Zoom 90 III which is great, and you can get them for under the rrp of £65. Personally though, I think the Adidas F50+ are unbeatable boots - light, unbelievably comfortable, and good traction. Shame they aren't waterproof and cheaper.
