Good Points

The easiest MP3 player ever to operate. The battery life is full 24 hours. A lot better and cost less then iPod - It was 150.00 dollars less then iPod. Very strong and not as bulky as the others. I already dropped it and nothing broke. Thank God. All the buttons and features are great.

Bad Points

The carrying case does not have a locking device. Even while on the belt, although I made sure that it was in properly, it still managed to fall. There is no stop button. There are no covers to the USB connection. One has to put plastic over it to prevent dirt from falling in (since the MP3 player goes in the case with the holes up). The software that comes with it is not that easy to use. I used MusicMatch to upload the files and it was the easiest thing to do. I was able to upload the files with one click of the mouse. The instruction, owners manual is not that clear. I had to do play with the buttons on my own. The head phones could be more comfortable to use. The MP3 player should have a locking cord to it, so that one can attach it to the the belt loop. Better to be safe then sorry.

General Comments

The Creative Labs Zen Touch 20gb is the easiest MP3 player to use. I bought six different ones before I was convinced that the Zen Touch would be my favourite. The buttons are easy to learn how to use. I was able to go through (operation) the entire MP3 player without reading the instructions. The sound is great. The Zen Touch does everything (minus the software) it says it can do. For those who have problems using the software, I recommend using MusicMatch. The touch pad is very easy to use and navigate with.
