Bad Points

No collection point, terrible web service, awful phone service.


General Comments

Well, you can't collect items from a depot, so for people who work away from home are stuffed.

Arranging redelivery by webiste is hit and miss and the telephone service is abysmal.

Why companies just don't use the tried and trusted Royal Mail is beyond me.
