General Comments

My Servis M2002 Tumble Dryer broke down within 3 months but the worst thing is the customer service: it still isn't repaired over 5 weeks later with no indication of when it will be. This is despite multiple phone calls - they are just "waiting for the part". Avoid at all costs!
