Good Points

It looks great, the screen is big enough.


Bad Points

I have had the phone for 3 months and the screen keeps going blank, there has been many complates about this, I have sent my phone off to the manufactures to get fixed.


General Comments

I just hope that I can get my Samsung D410 fixed, I would never get it again because people have had the same problem with the screen, it really upsets me when phone companys do not replace the phone when there is a fault. I have already sent off my D410 once before when I had it for less than 28 days I was having the same problems with that, so luckily that got replaced.
