Good Points

CyberPower has the best value for the money. Although their techsupport does not lead you through EVERYTHING(like Dell), anyone who isn't computer illiterate should be able to negotiate these problems on their own.


Bad Points

Tech support is not as helpful as Dell or Gateway.


General Comments

I bought my CyberPower Inc. Xtreme Gamer Platinum Pro computer last year, and it was a great deal. I compared prices for all the same components with different companies, and all the leading gaming computers were priced between 1 and 2 grand higher than cyberpower's product. I took the risk buying from a less popular company, and it paid off!
