Port El Kantaoui, Marhaba Palace Review

Good Points
Marhaba Palace is a lovely place with friendly staff. The hotel is right on the beach with free deckchairs. The man brings them for you, a small tip and he arrives even if you are only walking on beach. Port is short walk from the hotel along the beach. Port El Kantaoui is very friendly, not a lot of hassle, only to get you to drink in their bars. No worse than anywhere else abroad. Port El Kantaoui has lovely fountain musical only works in the evening, their is also a security man on the beach to stop locals coming into hotel grounds, although we didn't get hassled when sitting on the beach. Also there is a nice beach bar with lovely views of the sea. We found the taxis cheap and plentiful never had to wait, they appear by magic.

Bad Points
could`nt stay longer, another couple of weeks would be great never really had bad points.

General Comments
Marhaba Palace was clean, food was good, rooms cleaned every day, bed always made in nice designs and sweets left on pillows, nice touch! Also drinks fridge in room was filled by porter in mornings, pay as you go or settle at reception. If you wanted it also room service at any time for food, sandwiches drinks etc. Hotel was in lovely location walking distance to Port El Kantaoui.
