Good Points

Good screen quality, great camera/video, loud, mp3 player via memory card, high speed.


Bad Points

No bluetooth or infrared.


General Comments

The NEC e228 is possibly the best phone I have had, and I have had loads. I rate this above the Motorola V500, V525, V600, the Nokia 3510i, the Samsung V200 and the Sharp GX10i. I think this could only be improved by adding bluetooth and infrared. The 3 network have done well by getting NEC to make phones for them, they are a great company and really know how to get the most into their products. The phone may be on the big side but look how many features it has for the low price. Just 44.99 brand new with £15 credit. The only phone I think I have had which beats this is the amazing Nokia 3650. But I would expect this with an established phone maker like Nokia. Anyway in conclusion this a great phone and I would say you can get it even cheaper on eBay. Buy it now, it's a bargain.
