When it does work (for me a rarity) it's slightly easier than phone banking or going into your branch
Have you got a spare decade?
I started using Lloyds TSB internet banking service in the summer of 2004, at first all seemed well, though fairly slow, but in the last 3 months have found the service to be extremely slow, more often than not it doesn't work at all, pages do not load, error messages appear, even when the correct info is entered. I know I'm not alone with this frustrating service as some friends and colleagues have the same problem. Maybe it's because I use an Apple Mac, but then don't see why this should cause a problem as other people who use online banks Barclays, HSBC and Halifax, also on Apple Macs seem more than capable with providing an online banking service. This so called 'service' has been awful and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
