General Comments
This is a great phone (or so I thought at first!), really cool and great for what I needed. I had always had Nokia's so it was a nice change and easy to use. Don't get me wrong, so many of the features are great, but there are niggley features as well.
The problems started after about 14 months when I noticed that every time I use the phone to retrieved an MMS it reset itself (also turning the noise mode on which didn't go down well at work).
Another main thing which from this website I can now see is a common problem is with the screen - the quality is now very poor and faded, worst of all, when I go to take a picture the screen goes white then does all sorts of peculiar things.
