Good Points

Greater flexibility. Captures more data easily. Vastly improved and flexible sales tracking. Multiple ID/Status values. Customization tools are more harmonized.

Bad Points

Initially it was slow -- in the extreme.
First attempts to contact Best Support was impossible -- no one on the phones? Last attempt at a high level resulted in superlative customer service & technical support. Thanks M.M.!!

General Comments

After technical help, ACT! 2005 runs as fast as ACT! 2000 and it has all the new bells and whistles. I'm happy with it.

    I disagree with this review. I believe this person is probably a stand alone user with 200 records in the db and 2 GB of RAM.

    Try putting ACT 2005 PREMIUM for WG into production with 10 users in the field and a server install. "ABANDON ALL HOPE YEE WHO ENTER HERE"
